Introduction
Pushhen 200 line color wheel metal anilox roller (also known as anilox ink transfer roller) has an anilox roller line number of 200LPI. The metal anilox roller and the rubber roller together form a color development wheel. The metal anilox roller transfers ink quantitatively and evenly to the graphic part of the printing plate. The cell shape of the 200-line color wheel metal anilox roller is a square pyramid, which is completed by electronic engraving technology. The surface of the anilox roller is chrome-plated, which is corrosion-resistant.
Note: The line number of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the line number, the smaller the wet film thickness.
