Introduction

The color development wheel is composed of rubber roller, handle and metal anilox roller. Pushhen 180 line color wheel metal anilox roller  has an anilox line number of 180LPI, and the mesh cell shape is a pyramid shape, which is completed by electronic engraving technology. The metal anilox roller is coated with metal chromium on the surface, which is used to prevent the solvent from corroding the base material and improve the wear resistance of the metal anilox roller. It is suitable for high abrasion or corrosive experimental coating.

Note: The line number of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the line number, the smaller the wet film thickness.
