Introduction

MODERNER SZQ-75 (GB bird type) wet Film Applicator is a bird-shaped single-sided wet Film Applicator that meets the national standard . It is made of high-carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2. It is suitable for sample preparation in the paint and ink industry to determine the hiding power, color, gloss and other properties of paint samples. The wet film thickness that can be prepared by the SZQ-75 single-sided wet Film Applicator is 75 μm. The single-sided wet Film Applicator controls the thickness of the wet film through the depth of the groove, and the thickness of the wet film that can be prepared by different specifications of the applicator is different.

Material and Hardness

MODERNER SZQ-75 (GB bird type) single-sided Wet Film Applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2.

Steps

1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the wet Film Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to coat a wet film with a required thickness.

4) The wet Film Applicator should be cleaned and dried with solvent after use, and the surface should be coated with oil or petroleum jelly.

CAUTION: Keep wet Film Applicator dry when not in use.
