Introduction

MODERNER frame type 30/60/90/120 small frame type preparer is used to coat wet films of specific thickness. It can be coated on four sides. The wet film thickness is 30μm, 60μm, 90μm, and 120μm. The frame-type 30/60/90/120 small-frame preppers are made of stainless steel and are anti-corrosive. The frame-type structure is more convenient to clean, easy to operate, and easy to coat. The groove width of the small Frame Applicator is 100mm.

Frame type 30/60/90/120 small frame type preparer is made of 9Cr18Mo stainless steel, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The hardness of the small Frame Applicator reaches HRC48±2.

How to operate

1) Place the sample on the platform and fix it, ensuring that the frame-type 30/60/90/120 small-frame Applicator cannot move when it slides over.

2) According to the experimental requirements, select a small Frame Applicator with appropriate wet film thickness and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the 30/60/90/120 small frame Applicator.

4) Press both ends of the preparer with your fingers and slide it at a constant speed of 150 ml/second to obtain a wet film of the required thickness.

5) After use, the preparer should be cleaned immediately with a suitable solvent and coated with oil or petroleum jelly.
