MODERNER 100 Cube Applicator 30X30 film thickness of 100μm

Introduction

Modern Environment 100 Square Preparator 30X30 is a square Wet Film Applicator with a specification of 30x30mm and a film thickness of 100μm. The number of grooves of the small square-100 (preparator) is 11, and it is made of stainless steel and has good wear resistance.

How to operate

1. Place the sample on the platform and fix it so that it cannot move when the Square Applicator 30X30 slides over it.

2. Place the Square Applicator 30X30 on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the Applicator, hold both ends of it with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to obtain a wet film with the required wet film thickness.

4. After using the Wet Film Applicator, immediately clean and dry it with a suitable solvent, and apply oil or Vaseline on the surface.
