Introduction

MODERNER Combo - 100/150/200/300 Quad Preparator 78x100 has a film thickness of 100/150/200/300μm and a groove width of 78mm. The quadrilateral preparer is a Wet Film Applicator used to prepare a wet film with a specific wet film thickness, measure the hiding power and color, or prepare a sample. The stainless steel material makes it have a longer service life and good wear resistance.

1. Put the model on the platform and fix it well to ensure that the combination-100/150/200/300 quadrilateral preparer 78x100 cannot move when it slides over.

2. Place the quadrilateral preparer 78x100 on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of the sample on the front of the Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to obtain a wet film with the required wet film thickness.

4. After using the Wet Film Applicator, it should be cleaned and dried with a suitable solvent immediately, and the surface should be coated with oil or vaseline.
