NIRUN NDJ-8S digital Viscometer is an upgraded replacement of the original mechanical NDJ-4 Viscometer. The NDJ-8S Viscosity Detector has a measurement Viscosity range of 10~2 million mPa • s, and the digital viscosity meter is equipped with a variety of rotors.
Technical advantages
Applying NIRUN 's patent, it overcomes the disadvantage of domestic (CN) instruments that can only sample once in one revolution, and realizes the technology of multiple sampling in one revolution.
High subdivision drives the stepper motor to rotate, the speed is accurate and stable, and the frequency change of AC Voltage does not affect the accuracy of viscosity measurement.
For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids, the timing function of the instrument can ensure good consistency data.
Direct drive by stepping motor, no noise, convenient speed change, clear speed display, good reliability, no jitter phenomenon.
LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight function, directly displays the viscosity, speed, percent torque, and the maximum viscosity value of the rotor that can be measured at the current speed. Viscosity values show a continuous change. There is an alarm sound prompt when the measurement range is exceeded.
Computer full scale linear calibration, measurement accuracy is ±1.0% of full scale.
