Application

Vacuum Drying Ovens are widely used in biochemistry, chemical engineering, agricultural research, environmental protection and other research and application fields, for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. It is especially suitable for fast and effective drying of dry heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidized substances and complex composition items. 

Advantages of vacuum drying technology

The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances;

For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powders or other granular samples, the use of vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time;

All kinds of mechanical parts with complex structures or other porous samples are cleaned and then vacuum drying is used, and no residual substances are left after complete drying;

Safer to use - under vacuum or inert conditions, the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat is completely eliminated;

In contrast to normal drying, which relies on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by flowing air. 

Features

The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, the inner liner is made of stainless steel material, and the semi-circular corner design is more convenient to clean;

The temperature control system adopts microcomputer single-chip technology, the LCD screen displays various parameters, and the temperature controller has the functions of temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm;

The tightness of the door can be adjusted by the user at will, and the silicone rubber door seal is formed as a whole to ensure a high vacuum in the box;

The studio is a rectangular structure, so that the effective volume utilization rate is large, and the door is made of tempered and bulletproof double-glazed doors, so that the observation studio can make the cultivation items can be seen by users at a glance;

It has the function of memory loss of status data and saved parameters caused by power failure and crash, and call recovery.
