3. Overview of the structure
The electric heated constant temperature incubator is vertical, with the box body and outer box doors made of high-quality steel plates and surface powder coating. The box doors are double-layer doors, and observation windows allow for a clear view of the cultivated items inside. The studio uses steel or stainless steel plates, with shelves that are easy to move and the shelf height can be freely adjusted. A magnetic sealing ring is installed between the workroom and the chamber door, closely fitting the chamber to ensure sealing. At the rear of the chamber, heating devices and an air mechanism form a warm air duct, creating a hot air circulation that evenly distributes temperature inside the chamber. The enclosure and the workroom are filled with insulation materials to maintain a constant internal temperature.
The power switch, power indicator light, and thermometer are all located at the top of the incubator. The thermostat offers high temperature control accuracy, with digital displays of both the set temperature and the temperature inside the chamber. It also features leakage and overcurrent protection functions, as well as over-temperature alarm and timer functions.
4. Usage Instructions
(1) Panel schematic diagram

1. PV monitor 4. Shift key
Displays temperature measurement or various prompts based on controller status. Used for shifting set values, control parameters, and viewing runtime.
2.SV Monitor 5. Decrease key
Displays the set temperature or timer based on controller status; Various parameters are used to modify set values, control parameters, or enter self-tuning mode.
Setting value modification; Retrieve parameters, confirm parameter modifications. Used for modifying set values and control parameters, or entering a self-tuning state
1. Turn the power switch to the "I" position; the power indicator will turn on, and the thermometer will display a number.
2. Click the set key to enter the temperature setting mode, then modify the desired value by using the increase, decrease, and shift keys; Press the set key again to enter the time setting state, modify the desired value by increasing or decreasing or shifting the key, then press the set key again to save and exit the set state. When the time is set to "0", it means there is no timer function; When the set time is not "0", the last decimal place in the lower row of the display window lights up. When the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer starts timing. The illuminated decimal point flashes, and when the time is up, the operation ends. The lower display window shows "End", the buzzer sounds for 30 seconds, and the down button is pressed for 4 seconds. The program resumes, and when the buzzer sounds, you can use the increase button to mute the sound.
3. During the cultivation period, unless items inside the box are placed or taken outside, it is best not to open the box door, especially not for extended periods to avoid affecting the temperature.
4. Choose the incubation time as needed. After the incubation ends, set the power switch to "O". Do not open the box door if you do not take out the item immediately.
5. Precautions
1. The incubator shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. Incubators should be placed indoors with good ventilation, and flammable or explosive materials must not be placed around them.
3. Do not overcrowd items inside the box; leave enough space.
4. The inside and outside of the chamber should be kept clean regularly. If not used for extended periods, cover with a plastic dust cover and store in a dry room.
5. It is normal to experience overrush at the start of each use. Wait until the temperature stabilizes before adding the culture.
6. Internal temperature parameters
Press and hold the setting key for about 3 seconds, and the password prompt "LC" will appear. Use the increase, decrease, and shift keys to change the password to "18". Click the setting key to enter the internal temperature parameter setting state. Pressing the key changes various parameters, then press and hold the key for 3 seconds to exit this state. The parameters will be saved automatically. If no key is pressed within 30 seconds, the current state will automatically exit and the current parameters will not be saved.
The functional parameters are as follows:
| Parameter instructions | Parameter name | Parameter and function descriptions | (Scope) Factory parameters |
| Lc- | Password | When "Lc=18", you can view and modify parameter values. | 0 |
| P-- | Scale band | Time proportional effect adjustment. Reducing P can speed up heating output; Increasing P can reduce overshoot. | (8.0~50.0)20.0 |
| AL- | Overtemperature deviation alarm | When "PV> = SP + AL", the buzzer sounds and the heating output is cut off. | (0.0~20.0)5.0°C |
| Pb- | Zero position adjustment | It can be used to correct errors generated during sensor measurements. Pb = mercury reading - current measurement value | (-9.9~9.9)0.0 |
| PK- | Full level adjustment | If there is a deviation in actual temperature, adjust this value to correct PK = 1000 * (mercury reading - current measured value) / current measurement value | (-999~999)0 |
| rH- | Range | Temperature measurement and the set maximum value | (0.0~90.0)70.0 |
Note: To achieve optimal control results, P can be appropriately modified (the modification range is generally between "15.0~25.0"), but usually no modifications are needed; factory parameters can be used directly.
