2. Overview of structural functions
Cabinet: The casing is stamped from steel plates with a surface spray coating; The inner liner is made of mirror-finish stainless steel, with semi-circular curved corners that are very easy to clean, and the spacing between shelves inside the box is adjustable.
Cycle: Inside the enclosure, there are cold and hot air flow ducts, and the fan operation enhances smooth gas circulation to improve the uniformity of the studio temperature.
Control: A digital circuit controller composed of a CPU-programmable processor, featuring PID adjustment characteristics, timing control, error correction, and deviation alarm functions. Together with a Pt100 platinum resistor and heating (cooling) component, it forms a closed-loop automatic control system.
Display: It uses an LCD black screen with a user-friendly display of text and images.
Protection: Equipped with delayed compressor start and overheat protection functions; Equipped with a multi-level independent over-temperature alarm protection system:
Level 1 Over-Temperature Protection: The temperature controller is equipped with an upper deviation alarm function, allowing users to adjust the AL1 deviation parameter as needed.
Level 2 Over-Temperature Protection: When the actual temperature of the equipment exceeds the high-temperature limit set protection value, the heating section is automatically cut off and an audible and visual alarm is triggered. Since the circulation fan is still operating normally during the alarm, the alarm will automatically be canceled when the temperature falls below the set value. (User optional part)
Level 3 Over-Temperature Protection: The electric heating pipe circuit is connected in series with an overheat protector. When the temperature inside the box reaches the maximum temperature control value, the temperature relay automatically disconnects to prevent dangerous situations. When the temperature falls below the control value, it returns to normal.
Convenience: The biochemical box door has a large double-glazed observation window. On the right side of the enclosure, there is a measuring hole with a diameter of φ25mm, which facilitates temperature measurement.
Environmental protection: The refrigeration system uses fluorine-free refrigerants to meet environmental protection requirements.
Functional Scalability: Supports RS232/RS485 interfaces for remote control; (Optional) Optional micro printer for real-time printing and long-term data preservation; (Optional)

Figure 2
No strong vibration sources or strong electromagnetic fields nearby;
It should be placed in a stable, level indoor area free of heavy dust, direct sunlight, and corrosive gases;
Leave sufficient space around the product, as shown in Figure 2;
Arrange them properly, adjust the position and quantity of shelves, and when placing items in the studio, ensure there are sufficient gaps around the top and bottom, and the weight should be so that the shelves are not bent or deformed by pressure.

Key: Press for 3 seconds to run or stop the controller;
Add key: Used for setting values, internal parameters, or checking remaining cycles.
2. Operating steps
Timer Function: Press the "OK" button once; when the time is set to 0, the timer function is disabled; When the time setting is not zero, the controller has a timer function. Press the "OK" button, and the TIME value flashes, indicating the time can be set as needed. Use the "Increase", "Decrease", and "Shift" keys to set the desired time value. When the timer is up, the TIME window displays "END" and the buzzer sounds. You can mute it with any key.
Temperature settings: Press the "OK" button again; the SET window value will flash, indicating the temperature can be set as needed. Use the "Increase", "Decrease", and "Shift" keys to set the desired temperature. Press the "OK" button again to return to standard display mode.
Note: (1) For each parameter modification, press the "OK" key to confirm for the modification to be valid.
(2) After setting all parameters, press the " " key and wait about 4 seconds before starting operation.
3. Setting up the upper deviation alarm
The setting of the upper deviation is reasonable, providing protection against system temperature control exceeding or losing control, and must be used during product operation.
Example: If the product is set to AL=50 at the factory, the alarm temperature is: (set temperature value + AL value)°C
4. Check the accuracy of temperature control
To ensure successful cultivation, use it during the first use or at regular intervals.
Place a 0.5°C grading mercury thermometer (or a digital thermometer with 0.1°C resolution) into the product workroom;
The mercury thermometer head should be positioned at the geometric center of the effective workspace in the studio
Within the product's temperature control range, select any point and set the SV temperature control value. When the PV measurement equals the set value, maintain the temperature for about 1~2 hours (the duration varies depending on product specifications). Observe that the actual temperature measured by the mercury thermometer and the PV readings displayed by the thermometer should be less than or equal to the temperature control fluctuation.
After the product has been used for a period of time, the temperature control accuracy should be checked according to the method in 4.2. If it exceeds ±1°C, the following corrections can be made:
4.3.1 Enter the thermostat C menu;
4.3.2 Press the function key several more times to find the L66 symbol,
According to PK = 4000 × (Measured value PV - mercury meter reading) / mercury meter reading
After formula calculation, use keys to modify the original factory PK value (Note: If one correction is inaccurate, it can be revised repeatedly until it matches).
5. How to use the optional "independent temperature limiting controller"
An independent temperature limiting controller is a separate protection system. When the temperature controller malfunctions and causes temperature loss and the temperature inside the workroom reaches the temperature limit set on the over-temperature dial, the independent temperature controller will automatically cut off heating and sound an alarm.
(As shown in the figure on the right) When the temperature inside the workroom falls below the temperature limit set value, the protection system is deactivated and the instrument resumes operation.
This cycle repeats until the fault is resolved.
The specific steps are as follows:
The temperature limit set value should be greater than or equal to (SV + AL) + (2~5)°C
See Figure 4. Use the + and — buttons on the over-temperature setting dial on the panel to set the required temperature limit.
Example: SV=37°C, AL=2, then 42°C should be set (i.e., dial set 042).

Product maintenance and precautions
1. Product storage conditions
Ambient temperature: (-40~+55°C)
Relative humidity: ≤95% (25°C)
Atmospheric pressure: (50~106) Kpa
2. Methods to remove moisture
If the equipment will not be used for a long time, unplug the power cord to prevent injury;
Regularly (usually in the first quarter), power on and heat up according to usage conditions for 5 hours to remove moisture from electrical components and avoid damaging related components;
Set the temperature to 40°C and open the door every two hours to release moisture;
After processing, unplug the power cord and dry the moisture inside the box for storage.
3. Defrost treatment
When the equipment operates below 5°C or at temperatures below ambient temperature for extended periods;
When cooling performance is not ideal (slow cooling or static error);
According to Clause 3.1, regular "defrosting" should be performed: set to 40°C and let the equipment operate for more than 3 hours;
After defrosting, reset the required parameters and start operation.
After use, turn off the main circuit power and wipe off the moisture inside the chamber.
Before reuse or when process requirements change, temperature control accuracy verification should be conducted. (See relevant sections)
Except for parameters such as TIME and SET, other control parameters require approval from our service center or are adjusted by professionals.
