This standard specifies the calculation method and quota index of the comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of inks production enterprises, which is applicable to the energy consumption management of inks production enterprises in Tianjin. The standard specifies the calculation method of the total comprehensive energy consumption of inks production process from raw materials entering the factory to finished products entering the warehouse, including energy consumption statistics of direct production system and indirect production system. At the same time, it stipulates the quota index of comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of inks, and requires that the comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of enterprises shall not exceed 860 kg standard coal/ton. The standard aims to promote inks production enterprises to improve energy utilization efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and promote energy conservation, emission reduction and sustainable development.
