TIS 452-1983 "Typography and offset ink standard" is a standard on typography and offset ink issued by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI). The standard specifies the classification, performance requirements, test methods, Encasement and labeling requirements of inks, and aims to ensure the mass and applicability of inks to meet the needs of the printing industry. The standard applies to the production, inspection and use of typography and offset ink, providing a unified technical basis for manufacturers and users. By standardizing the viscosity, drying, color saturation and other key indicators of inks, the standard helps to improve the mass and conformity of printed products, while promoting the standardization development of the printing industry in Thailand.
