SS 5 PART B13-2003 specifies a method of measurement of fineness of grinding Paints, varnishes and related materials. The standard applies to all types of liquid paints and related products except those containing flake pigments. A uniform test and evaluation method for fineness of Coating products is provided by measuring fineness in microns using a suitable Measurement Machine.
