This standard specifies a general test method for determining the bleeding resistance of pigments by comparison with a standard sample. If the general method is not applicable to a particular product, a specific method should be specified. Reference documents include GB 9285 and GB/T 9761. Bleeding is defined as the phenomenon in which the migration of pigment Color in the lower paint film results in discoloration of the upper freshly applied paint film.
