This standard specifies the natural aging test method of sealing agent for simulators of civil aircraft pressurized cabins, including principles, equipment, test procedures and test reports. Among them, the simulators are made of aluminum alloy plates and profiles, and the airtight connection technology ensures that the air in the cabin is not directly connected with the outside atmosphere, which is presented in the form of a typical cabin section. Residual pressure in the cabin refers to the difference between the gas pressure in the pressurized cabin and the outside atmospheric pressure, and cabin leakage refers to the phenomenon that the air in the cabin leaks outward through the bulkhead gap under a certain residual pressure in the cabin. According to the neutral soapy water test, cabin leakage is divided into three grades, each describing the degree of leakage.
