This standard specifies the method for determining the blocking resistance of coated fabrics, which is applicable to all kinds of coated fabrics. If the Miscellaneous test conditions specified in this standard are different, they can be determined by negotiation between the contract parties, but the difference needs to be stated in the test report. Blocking is defined as the adhesion between the surface of the coated fabric or between the surface of the coating surface and the surface of the base cloth. The principle is that after heating and pressurizing the superimposed coated fabric samples for a certain period of time, observe the degree of blocking between the stacks when the stacks are separated to evaluate the anti-blocking performance of the coated fabric. The required equipment includes Glass plate, 5.0kg heavy hammer and ventilated oven. The interval between production and testing should be at least 16 hours.
