This standard specifies the test method for the resistance of leather to artificial Light sources and heat resistance. It is suitable for all kinds of leather with light and high temperature requirements. Under artificial Light source, the specimen is exposed to the blue wool standard under the specified conditions, and then compared with the blue wool standard or gray sample card to evaluate the fastness of the specimen to light discoloration. The required standard materials include the blue wool standard, the Humidity control master standard and the gray sample card for evaluating discoloration, and equipment such as the Xenon-arc lamp light resistance tester.
