This standard specifies terms and definitions, classifications and labels, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, Encasements, instruction manuals, transportation and storage of low-temperature radiant electric heating films. It applies to low-temperature radiant electric heating films for building heating. Rated voltage of single-phase devices does not exceed 250V, and Rated voltage of Miscellaneous devices does not exceed 480V. Electric heating films for electric heating in the Miscellaneous industry can also be used by reference. Encasement storage and transportation diagram signs, periodic inspection count sampling procedures and tables, enclosure Protection level (IP code), safety requirements for household and similar electrical appliances, and test methods for infrared radiant heating devices are included in the cited documents. In terms and definitions, an electrothermal film refers to a film that can generate heat after being energized, composed of an electrically insulating material and a heating resistance material encapsulated within it; a radiant electrothermal film refers to an electrothermal film that converts electrical energy into heat energy during operation and transmits heat energy mainly to the outside in the form of radiation.
