This standard specifies the top air phase chromatograph/mass spectrometry method for the determination of solvent residues in the coatings of regenerated cellulose thin film materials. It is suitable for the determination of 18 solvent residues in the coatings of regenerated cellulose thin film materials in contact with food. The determination principle is to use headspace-gas chromatograph/Mass spectrometry. Retention time and mass spectrometry of the target are used to quantify by external standard method. The reagents used in the test include glyceryl triacetate and various standards. The required instruments and equipment are gas phase chromatograph Mass Spectrometer, Headspace Automatic sampler and Balance. The analysis step includes sample preparation, i.e., a representative sample is shredded and placed in a headspace injection bottle, and then triacetin is added to the inner wall of the bottle.
