HG/T 4341-2012 is a special standard for thermal reflection insulating coatings on metal surfaces, which is suitable for solar thermal reflection thermal insulation and cooling products on metal outer surfaces such as storage tanks, buildings, ships, vehicles, etc. The standard stipulates core content such as term definitions, technical requirements, and test methods, focusing on the control of sunlight reflection ratio, hemispherical emissivity, adhesion, salt spray (fog) resistance and other indicators. The inspection requires the use of solar Light spectrum reflection instrument, Infrared Thermometer (measuring thermal insulation temperature difference), Xenon-arc lamp aging test chamber, Salt Spray Tester, with Impact Tester, Pull Adhesion Tester and Specific Gravity bottle and other instruments to provide a unified technical basis for product mass control and application selection.
