MH/T 3027-2013 "Thermal spray-on lining bonding strength test" specifies the detection method of thermal spray-on lining bonding strength. It is suitable for the detection of the bonding strength of hot spray-on lining with a thickness greater than 0.38mm in the direction perpendicular to the coating surface. The coating bonding strength includes the cohesion strength of the coating and the bonding strength to the substrate. The standard cites the provisions of ASTM E4 on the load calibrating of the Tensile Testing Machine. During the test, the displacement rate needs to be controlled and the tensile load is gradually increased to ensure that the maximum load is recorded before breaking.
