The GB/T 4677.7-1984 standard describes the method for measuring the adhesion of printed board platings by the tape method, which is mainly suitable for evaluating the adhesion performance of nickel-plated, gold-plated and other layers on printed plugs. The standard is formulated according to the relevant requirements of Chapter 3 of the US IPC-A-600B standard. The test uses transparent tape and is carried out under normal test atmospheric conditions. The test process includes washing the sample, attaching the tape to the tested platings, quickly pulling it down after applying force, and recording the residue of platings on the tape.
