      This standard specifies a method for the determination of manganese-silicon, aluminum, and calcium-titanium in rare earth ferrosilicon alloys by wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, which is suitable for the determination of these elements in rare earth ferrosilicon alloys imported and exported. Using solid sample powder pressing wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, the content is calculated according to the quantitative relationship between the X-Rays fluorescence intensity of the element to be tested and the content of the element to be measured.
