CB/T 3718-2016 "Ship painting film thickness testing requirements" stipulates various testing requirements for steel ship painting film thickness, including film thickness distribution, wet film thickness control, dry-film thickness testing, data recording, sorting and inspection. This standard is suitable for painting film thickness testing of new steel ships and steel marine structures, and can be used as a reference for painting film thickness testing of Miscellaneous steel structures. The standard refers to a number of relevant specifications, such as marine undercoating technical requirements, cargo tank coating process technical requirements and painting mass acceptance technical requirements, to ensure the quality control and testing accuracy of the painting process.
