HG/T 3331-2012 "Method for the Determination of Volume Resistance Coefficient and Surface Resistance Coefficient of Insulating Paint Films" specifies the method for measuring the volume resistance coefficient and surface resistance coefficient of insulating paint films. This standard applies to the determination of the resistance characteristics of insulating paint films.
