The HG/T 2041-2009 standard specifies the structure and parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks and Encasements of rubber Thickness Gauge (hereinafter referred to as Thickness Gauge). The standard applies to Thickness Gauge for contact measurement of rubber thickness, but also to Thickness Gauge for measurement of wire, cable, plastic products and other materials thickness. The standard refers to the relevant requirements of HG/T 2382 to ensure that the design and use of equipment comply with general technical standards. Thickness Gauge is mainly composed of base, bracket, loading hammer, pressure foot and indication display device. It provides corresponding pressure and mass requirements according to different measurement requirements to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results.
