HG/T 4561-2013 "Unsaturated polyester putty" standard specifies the product grade, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, Encasement and storage requirements of two-component putty products made of unsaturated polyester resin, pigments, fillers and auxiliaries. The putty is widely used in vehicles, ships, instruments, machine tools, mechanical castings, wooden furniture and other surface painting process, for filling pits, pinholing, cratering, crazing and welds and other defects. This standard is applicable to the quality control and product mass inspection and assessment in the preparatory process to ensure that the requirements of surface mass in the painting process are met. The standard refers to a number of relevant national standards, including paint film prepative method, paint film drying time measurement method, paint film impact resistance measurement method, etc., to ensure that the performance and painting effect of putty products meet the standard requirements.
