Applicable to all types of soft leather, especially soft leather for shoes. The waterproof performance of the leather is evaluated by measuring the time of water passing through the leather by forming a groove and repeatedly pressing the line. At the same time, the water absorption and water permeability of the sample are calculated. This standard is centralized by the National Leather Industry Standardization Technical Committee and is in charge of the China Light Industry Federation to ensure that the waterproof performance test of leather products is scientific and accurate.
