GB/T 43760-2024 "Low Oxygen High Carbon Type Continuous Silicon Carbide Fibers" stipulates the classification and marking, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, accompanying documents, Encasement, transportation and storage conditions of low oxygen high carbon type continuous silicon carbide fibers (hereinafter referred to as "fibers"). This standard applies to the inspection and delivery of fibers with tow specifications of 0.5K and 1K. The inspection and delivery of fibers with Miscellaneous specifications are used by reference. The standard details the chemical analysis of fibers, physical performance test methods, such as fiber sizing rate, single fiber diameter, linear density, tensile performance, high temperature strength retention, oxygen content and carbon content, etc. Relevant chemical analysis methods for refractory materials, Cardboard standards and carbon fiber terminology are cited to ensure that the mass and performance of the fibers comply with international standards.
