JJF 2096-2024 "Specification for calibrating soft Encasement sealing testers" is applicable to the calibrating work of soft Encasement sealing testers. This specification refers to a number of relevant standards, including resilience element type pressure gauges, digital pressure gauges, and GB/T15171-1994 for soft Encasement sealing performance testing methods. The terminology section defines the measurement unit used by soft Encasement and sealing testers as Pascals and their multiples. Sealing testers are usually composed of vacuum chambers, vacuum meters, control devices, specimen clamps, and pipelines. The structure and principle are shown in Figure 1. The purpose of this specification is to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of the sealing tester when testing the sealing performance of soft Encasement parts. It is suitable for different types of Encasement materials and application scenarios, and meets various requirements for precision and traceability.
