Including volume method, mass method, comparative method, indirect measurement method and other quantity transfer methods, as well as the definition and application of optimal measurement capability. The standard defines the source of the values for the National Liquid Flow rate Measurement Benchmark Instrument and specifies how the reference values are transferred to the Working Measurement Instrument by various methods to ensure the accuracy and conformity of the Liquid Flow rate measurement.
