The JJG 2063-2007 standard specifies the method of quantity transfer for liquid Flow rate Measurement appliances filled with closed pipes. The standard covers the quantity transfer relationship and method from the main basic quantity and derived quantity to the liquid Flow rate Measurement reference appliance, standard appliance and working Measurement appliance. Including volume method, mass method, comparative method, indirect measurement method and other quantity transfer methods, as well as the definition and application of optimal measurement capability. The standard defines the source of the values for the National Liquid Flow rate Measurement Benchmark Instrument and specifies how the reference values are transferred to the Working Measurement Instrument by various methods to ensure the accuracy and conformity of the Liquid Flow rate measurement.
