The JJF 1303-2011 standard applies to the calibrating of haze meters for haze measurement of transparent materials. The specification specifies the definition and Measuring method of haze, including diffuse transmittance ratio, transmittance ratio and calculation formula of haze. The haze meter is used to quantitatively measure the scattering and transmission characteristics of transparent plastics, Glass and other materials on rays of light. It mainly consists of integrating sphere, Light source, sample compartment and other components. The design requirements of integrating sphere, Incident angle of beam of light and configuration of light detector are described in detail in the standard to ensure accuracy and Reliability of measurement. When using this specification, reference should be made to relevant international standards and literature to ensure that the calibrating process meets the new Measurement requirements.
