JJF 1382-2012 "Fluorescence spectrophotometer type evaluation outline" stipulates the product classification, requirements, test methods, result processing and judgment rules of fluorescence spectrophotometer, which is applicable to the new product type evaluation of fluorescence spectrophotometer. This outline refers to JJG537-2006 "Fluorescence spectrophotometer", GB/T 11606-2007 "Analytical instrument environmental test method" and JB/T 5594-1991 "Fluorescence spectrophotometer" and other relevant standards. Fluorescence spectrophotometer consists of Light source system, excitation monochromator system, sample chamber, emission monochromator system, Detector system and data processing system, which are used for analysis and determination of the properties and content of fluorescent substances. The instrument can be divided into dispersion monochromator (Class A) and filter monochromator (Class B) according to the type of monochromator, and its working principle is based on the relationship between Fluorescence intensity, fluorescent substance concentration and instrument constant.
