"GB/T 21477-2024 Marine and offshore technology - Test method for fire resistance performance of non-metallic hose assemblies and non-metallic compensators" is a newly developed national standard in China, which stipulates the test method for determining the fire resistance performance of non-metallic hose assemblies and non-metallic compensators. It is suitable for products with a nominal diameter of not more than 150mm, and can also be used for the determination of larger diameters. The test is designed to verify whether the product can remain leak-free when subjected to a certain pressure after the flame is applied. The test medium is limited to water to ensure safe operation.
