"GB/T 44871-2024 Spinning & weaving products, determination of diisocyanates" stipulates a method for the determination of the total content of diisocyanates in Spinning & weaving products by GC-MS (GC-MS). The standard is applicable to all kinds of Spinning & weaving products, including natural fibers, chemical fibers and their blended fabrics. The detection principle is to use ethyl acetate dried by molecular sieves as the solvent. After ultrasonic extraction, it is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by internal standard method. The implementation of this standard provides a scientific basis for the detection of harmful compounds in Spinning & weaving products, which helps to strengthen quality control and protect consumer health. The standard will be officially implemented on June 1, 2025.
