AATCC 15 is a standard test method for determining the colour fastness of coloured Spinning & weaving acid resistance to perspiration. This method is suitable for dyed, printed or Miscellaneous coloured Spinning & weaving fibres, yarns and fabrics, as well as Spinning & weaving dyestuff. The test principle is that the coloured Spinning & weaving sample is soaked in simulated acid perspiration together with the multi-fibre lining material, then gradually warmed and dried under fixture pressure. After humidification, the discoloration of the specimen and the staining level of the lining material are assessed by the discoloured gray card and the stained gray card. This standard provides a scientific evaluation method for the color change of Spinning & weaving products caused by sweat in actual use, and is widely used in the quality control and performance evaluation of Spinning & weaving products such as clothing and sports equipment.
