JSA JIS C 8930 is a Japanese industrial standard on the salt fog corrosion test of photovoltaic (PV) modules. It specifies the corrosion resistance test method of photovoltaic modules in a salt fog environment. The standard is suitable for evaluating the weathering resistance of photovoltaic modules. By simulating the salt fog environment, the performance change of the module under specific conditions is detected. The test content includes parameters such as salt fog exposure time, temperature and Humidity, which is designed to provide a scientific basis for the quality control and Reliability evaluation of photovoltaic modules.
