GB/T 45651-2025 "NdFeB Roasted Recycled Raw Materials" is an important standard in the field of rare earth resource recycling in our country. It was formulated by China Rare Earth Group and will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025. The standard establishes a complete technical specification for NdFeB waste recycled raw materials treated by oxidation roasting process, covering core indicators such as grading labels, chemical composition (rare earth content ≥ 35%), physical performance, and specifies test methods, inspection rules and Encasement storage requirements. Through unified mass standards for recycled raw materials, it can effectively alleviate the pressure of shortage of rare earth primary ore resources, provide green raw material protection for downstream industries such as permanent magnet materials and catalysts, and promote the development of low carbonation in the rare earth industry chain.
