GB/T 45596-2025 "Determination of strength of raw rubber or unvulcanized rubber" is an important performance test standard in the field of rubber industry in our country. The standard is equivalent to the ISO 9026:2021 international standard, which systematically specifies the determination methods and technical requirements of the strength characteristics of raw rubber and mixed rubber before vulcanization. The standard focuses on core testing processes such as sample preparation, tensile rate control (500mm/min recommended), and breaking strength calculation, providing a standardized basis for evaluating rubber processing performance and predicting final product mass. By the National Rubber and Rubber Standardization Technical Committee (TC35), Hangzhou Chaoyang Rubber Co., Ltd. and other units to participate in the formulation, will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025.
