GB/T 9869.1-2025 "Rubber, Determination of vulcanization characteristics by vulcanizer, Part 1: Introduction" is the basic test method standard in the field of rubber industry in our country. This standard replaces GB/T 25268-2010, which is equivalent to ISO 6502-1:2018 international standard, and systematically specifies the basic principle, instrument type and technical requirements of vulcanization instrument for determination of rubber vulcanization characteristics. The new standard focuses on improving the classification system of vulcanization instrument (such as adding technical parameters of rotorless vulcanization instrument), sample prepative specifications and Temperature control accuracy, and provides standardized guidance for the optimization of vulcanization process of Rubber. The standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Rubber and Rubber Standardization Technical Committee and will be officially implemented on November 1, 2025.
