GB/T 12443-2017 is the recommended national standard for torque control fatigue performance testing of metal materials, which is equivalent to international standards and is suitable for round and round tube cross-section samples. The standard stipulates the fatigue test requirements of the sample under constant amplitude torque, resilience stress and no stress concentration conditions at room temperature (10 ℃~ 35 ℃), excluding components and low-cycle torsional fatigue tests. The core of the test is to apply constant amplitude sine wave cyclic torsional stress through a torsional fatigue tester, with a High Accuracy torque Sensor (Precision requirements are improved), record the data of sample failure or reach the specified cycle cycle, and provide a unified basis for material research and development and quality control in aerospace, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
