JB/T 5000.12-2007 "General technical conditions for heavy machinery painting" proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation, is under the technical committee of standardization of metallurgical equipment in the machinery industry, and is drafted by Dalian Heavy Industry Lifting Group Co., Ltd. The standard aims to specify the technical requirements and conditions for heavy machinery painting, covering the selection of coatings, construction, inspection and performance requirements after painting. Through this standard, the mass and durability of the intermediate coating layer of heavy machinery can be effectively guaranteed during use, thereby prolonging the service life of equipment, improving work efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
