JJG (Light Industry) 65-2000 "Paper Oil Permeability Tester verification regulations" are applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection of paper oil permeability testers. The regulations are based on GB/T 5406-1985 "Determination of Paper Oil Permeability" and cover the performance requirements of oil permeability testers such as sealing, measurement area and Timer. The oil permeability tester is specified to determine the mass of standard transformer oil permeation paper at specific temperatures and pressures, expressed in grams/square meter. Verification items include Appearance inspection, operating performance, sealing, measurement area and Timer accuracy. Verification qualified instruments will be issued a verification certificate, and those who fail will receive a notice and indicate the non-conformities. The verification period is generally one year.
