This standard specifies the method for the determination of short URL chlorinated paraffins (C10-C13) in Spinning & weaving dyeing and finishing auxiliaries. The short URL chlorinated paraffins are converted to C10-C13 n-alkanes by n-hexane extraction and palladium catalytic dechlorination method. Quantitative analysis is carried out by Gas chromatography, CG (GC-FID). In addition, when necessary, the gas chromatograph - Electron capture detector, OECD (GC-EPS) or GC-NCI-MS can be used for qualitative confirmation to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of the measurement results.
