This standard specifies the operating conditions of a Fluorescent Ultraviolet (UV) and condensing device for accelerated exposure of automotive exterior materials. The test method is designed to simulate the extreme environmental effects of sunlight and Humidity on automotive exterior components in order to accelerate the aging process of materials and thus predict their long-term performance.
