The test results can be used to evaluate the durability of Coating systems under different corrosion environments, but should not be used as a basis for determining their actual durability. This standard applies to protective coatings systems on the surface of ungalvanized steel and hot-dip galvanized steel. It does not apply to Eletroplating steel or coated steel.
