GB/T 20633.3-2011 "Coatings for Bearing Printed Circuit Boards (Conformal Coatings) Part 3: General (Class 1), High Reliability (Class 2) and Aerospace (Class 3) Coatings" is a national standard for conformal coatings for printed circuit boards. The standard specifies in detail the technical requirements for conformal coatings suitable for different application scenarios (General Purpose, High Reliability, Aerospace), including key indicators such as electrical performance, Mechanical Properties, and environmental adaptability. The standard was proposed by the China Electrical Appliance Industry Association and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulation Materials.
