"GB/T 21782.10-2008 Powder coatings - Part 10: Determination of deposition efficiency" specifies a method for measuring the actual deposited powder mass fraction by spraying powder on a target tube using an electrostatic spray gun under standard conditions. This method is suitable for powder coatings using corona charge or triboelectric charge for construction, and can be used to compare the deposition efficiency of different spray guns or powders. The standard is centralized by the National Standardization Administration of China and implemented by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals Management. It was issued on May 12, 2008 and implemented on September 1, 2008.
