The revised standard increases the standard requirements for flow cups with an outflow aperture of 5mm and smoothness, eliminates specific test temperature conditions, and adds an appendix on the use of flow cups to adjust the viscosity of Paints. The standard is led by the Ministry of Chemical Industry and aims to improve the standardization level of quality control of Coating products.
