GB/T 3 2710.7 - 2016 "Safety Specifications for Environmental Test Instruments and Equipment, Part 7: climate environmental test chamber" stipulates Damp heat testing chamber, Salt Spray Tester, mildew-growing test chamber, low-temperature test chamber, high and low temperature low pressure test chamber, high and low temperature low pressure test chamber, low/high temperature test chamber, high-temperature test chamber, low pressure test chamber and Xenon-arc lamp climate test chamber and other equipment safety specifications. The standard covers safety requirements for electric shock, electric burns, mechanical hazards, flame spread, excessive temperature, fluid pressure, radiation effects (including lasers, sound pressure and ultrasonic pressure), gas release, explosion, implosion, and biological and chemical hazards. The standard does not address the function of equipment, performance, Encasement effectiveness, electromagnetic compatibility, explosion protection measures, and protection of maintenance personnel. Climate environmental test chambers can operate below or above Environmental temperature and are used to perform tests under a variety of climate conditions. Applicable normative reference documents include GB 4208-2008 "Protection level of enclosure (IP code) " and GB 4706 series standards.
